韩振来，教授，博士，硕士生导师。美国《数学评论》评论员，德国《数学文摘》评论员，济南市数学会理事长，山东省优秀博士论文获得者，山东省第五届优秀研究生指导教师，1992年获山东省优秀青年教师称号。曾任济南大学理学院、数学院院长，数学院党委书记，《应用数学》硕士点专业负责人和学科带头人。研究方向分别是微分方程理论及应用、数学教育改革，发表SCI、EI收录论文100余篇，出版专著1部，出版大学教材1部，主编出版课外读物18部，获山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖1项（首位）。指导研究生获山东省优秀硕士学位论文3篇，2021年所开设的研究生课程 《数学教育改革研究》获得山东省研究生课程思政示范课程。

先后承担《数学分析》、《数学论文写作》、《高等数学》等多门本科生专业课、公共课；承担《微分方程续》、《差分方程》、《稳定性理论》等多门研究生课教学工作，是济南大学精品课程《数学分析》主持人和济南大学特色专业《数学与应用数学》负责人。

所指导的本科生毕业论文有7人获得济南大学优秀学位论文，其中有1人获得 山东省优秀学位论文。
